If you believe a website located on our dedicated servers is violating an intellectual property right, please read through the procedure outlined below. Silicon Valley Web Hosting requires official notice of illegal hosting of copyrighted material pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A).
Your notice must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
