• Dedicated Server Referral: First month's Net MRC (Montlhy Recurring Charge) or Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500,) whichever is less, for such Successful Dedicated Referral.
• Virtual Dedicated or Shared Referral: First month's Net MRC (Montlhy Recurring Charge) or Seventy Five Dollars ($75) whichever is greater for such Successful Virtual Dedicated or Shared Referral.
• "Net MRC" means the monthly recurring charge for hosting service and qualified add-ons for the "Successful" Dedicated, Virtual Dedicated, or Shared Referral.
• A "Successful" referral is an account that has been active and paid for no less than 90 days.
• All Referral Payments will be made within 30 days after the 90 day period has been completed and a referral has been determined to be "Successful"
